• Do you offer trials & when should I get one?

Yes! Although trials are not required, they are recommended so the team can together figure out your perfect bridal look. We recommend coming in 3-6 months before your wedding day for your makeup trial.

  • Do I need to sign the contract before our trial?

Due to our high demand, it is highly recommended to book your wedding date in advance. We require a contract to hold your date. Once we recieve a copy of your signed contract and booking fee, we will contact you to let you know your date is offically booked with us. Please send your wedding day details through our contact page. We aim to respond to our clients within 24-48 hours. If you do not hear back from us, please give us a call at 845-546-7899.

  • I have a large group, will you need to bring an assistant?

If there are 9 or more ladies receiving makeup + hair services, an assistant will be present to help prep faces, making sure our time line runs smoothly. There is no bridal party too big or too small for us to work with.

  • How should I prepare for my trial?

When you come to the trial, bring photos of makeup + hair styles you like. Have fun + start pinning on Pinterest to find an inspiration look you would like to build off of. Bringing photos with you will open the conversation between us, so we can understand what makeup + hair look you are trying to achieve on your wedding day.

Your also going to want to bring a lip color you often wear with you the day of your trial, that way we can get a good sense of what colors you’re comfortable wearing. After our trial run, we will figure out which color you like best and we will recommend you buy that color we used, for the day of your wedding so you can reapply all night.

The day of your trial your also going to want to wear a ivory or white top, so we can see how the makeup + hair would look against the color of your dress.

Feel free to bring any hair peices and your veil.

With your phone, we can take before/after photos and we can see how your finished makeup look photographs

A trial with us is typically 1.5 hour, that way we have enough time to consult, figure out and apply the perfect look for you, come up with a good skincare routine for you, as well as go over details for the day of the wedding.

The most important thing about your makeup trial is to sit back and have fun!

  • Should I get lashes?

We always recommend lashes. They photograph great and complete the eye makeup look. These are not lash extensions, these are false lashes. These come in strips, halfsies, and individuals. Together we will decide which lash style will fit your look best. Lashes are reusable, and easy to remove!

  • I dont wear makeup, which option should I choose?

Airbrush is lightweight however if you decide you want to do traditional makeup, we can use tinted moisturizers, cc cream, and lightweight, sheer foundation with our beauty blenders to also create a natural look that feels light on the skin.

  • I am doing a first look, will I need to touch up during the day?

Your hair + makeup is applied to last all day. A setting spray will be sprayed to assure your makeup is long lasting. You will need to touch up lips. After all the eating, drinking, talking, and kissing, you will need to reapply your lip stick. We will recommend a color for you to buy during your trial run, so on the wedding day, your lipstick will be with you. Everything else will stay in place through out the evening. If you want our team to stay on site for touch ups, we can plan to do so for an added fee.

  • How much time should I allow in my schedule for makeup applications?

Bridal makeup takes 40-45 minutes. Bridesmaids/mothers/Any one else receiving services can take 25-35 minutes depending on if they decide to get lashes or not.

  • Do you travel to me on the day of the wedding?

Yes, we will travel to your home or venue, starting the day relaxed and stress-free for you and your ladies!

  • What products do you use?

We pride ourselves in using the best products from the top lines such as Wander Beauty, Marc Jacobs, MAC, Nars, Smashbox, Philosophy, Tarte, It Cosmetics, Anastasia, to name a few. We use only the highest quality products suitable for all skin types. However, if you prefer us to use your own products, we will.

  • Do you do trials for mothers and maid of honors?

Absolutely. Please let us know ahead of time so we can book a trial appropriately.

  • Am I supposed to tip?

A tip is never expected, but always appreciated.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

The day of your trial and the wedding day, we accept cash and Venmo payments. Please have collected the total amount the night before we arrive and put into envelope for us.

  • Do you provide us with a timeline?

As counterintuitive as it may sound, we actually prefer not to have a rigid timeline the morning of your wedding. This allows for the team to quickly move from one person to the next, without needing to wait for the next person to arrive. Once we confirm a start time, we ask that everyone be on site at that start time so that our team can start promptly and move from one person to the next without any delays in timing! The team members will assess that morning who needs what done and then from there, decide who goes when.

Timing for services varies based on hairstyling styling needs, types of hair, skin types, desired makeup looks, lashes needed, etc. but generally speaking our team allots approx. 30mins per attendant and 45-60mins for the bride, again depending. Please note, these are just rough estimates and things tend to vary the day of based on the above things mentioned. Once we have all of the confirmed details from you (which I'll be formally requesting from you via another email a month prior to your wedding,) we will be able to determine and provide you with the formal arrival/start times/end times.
